作为中国传统四大菜系之一,淮扬菜“和精清新”“妙契众口”,以“就地取材、土菜细作、五味调和、百姓创造”的特点,赢得“东南第一佳味,天下之至美”的美誉。
On 18th November,2023,we visited the Huaiyang Cuisine Culture Museum of China in Huai’an,which is located in Jiangsu Province.This museum offers a unique perspective on the history of traditional Huaiyang cuisine,allowing visitors to understand history and culture from a fresh angle.
