摘要
为了避免模块式精密空调机组的飘水问题,使用因果图分析法进行系统性分析,包括产品设计方面、生产装配方面、质量检验方面、供应商质量方面、现场安装应用方面,对模块式精密空调机组在产品设计、测试过程中遇到的实际问题及分析改善进行验证。研究结果可为数据中心机房空调产品的设计及现场安装、维护提供参考。
In order to avoid the problem of drift water of modular precision air conditioner unit,the cause and effect diagram analysis method is used to conduct systematical analysis,including aspects of product design,assembling production,quality inspection,supplier quality,on site installation application,etc.Aiming at the real problem during product design and test process,and the improvement analysis,the verification is conducted.The study provides references for the product design,on-site installation and maintenance of the computer room air-conditioning product in the data center.
