过程工业虚拟工厂及操作员培训系统的应用

摘要 数字孪生虚拟仿真是工业数字化的一个重要技术,以过程工业典型的化工分离装置为例,分析研究了基于SIMIT仿真平台和PCS 7过程控制系统建立的虚拟工厂及操作员培训系统(OTS);介绍了虚拟工厂和OTS的需求及组成,以及设计、开发和运行的基本内容。通过虚拟工厂数字孪生技术,帮助过程工业企业提高建设和生产效率,保证工厂稳定安全的运行。 Digital twin virtual simulation is an important technology for industrial digitization.Taking a typical chemical separation unit as an example,the virtual plant and operator training system(OTS)based on SIMIT simulation platform and PCS 7 process control system are analyzed and studied.The requirement and composition of virtual plant and OTS,as well as the design,development and basic content of operation are introduced.By utilizing the technology of virtual plant and digital twins,it can help to improve the efficiency of construction and production for process industrial enterprises,and to ensure stable and safe operation of plants.
