摘要
为提升水库运行管理工作精准化、信息化、现代化水平,水利部先后印发了系列文件,明确提出要选取一批试点水库和先行区域开展矩阵建设。官厅水库作为北京市水务局推荐的试点建设单位,深入调研和分析了水库当前运行管理的现状和存在的问题,对标现代化运行管理矩阵建设的要求,结合水库标准化运行管理和数字孪生工程建设的发展需要,积极探索如何快速推进官厅水库现代化运行管理矩阵建设的发展思路,全方位提升官厅水库管理的现代化、智慧化水平。
In order to improve the precision,information and modernization level of reservoir operation management,the Ministry of Water Resources has issued a series of documents,clearly proposing to se-lect a number of pilot reservoirs and pilot areas to carry out matrix construction.As a pilot construction unit recommended by Beijing Water Resources Bureau,Guanting Reservoir has conducted in-depth research and analysis of the current status and existing problems of the reservoir operation management,and has benchmarked the requirements of modern operation management matrix construction.Combined with the development needs of standardized operation management and digital twin engineering construction of reservoirs,it has actively explored and considered how to quickly promote the development ideas of modern operation management matrix construction of Guanting Reservoir.
