摘要
采用8种不同的脱色剂对石灰乳除杂后的菊芋干粉提取液进行脱色比较,用可见分光光度法测定样液的脱色率和菊糖损失率。测得在中性条件下,S-8大孔树脂和活性炭的综合脱色效果最优,分别为90.57%和90.55%。此结论可为优化菊芋菊糖的脱色加工工艺提供技术支持。
The decolorization rate and inulin loss rate of dry powder extract of Helianthus tuberosus were determined by visible spectrophotometry using 8 different decolorizers.The results showed that the decolorization effects of S-8 macroporous resin and activated carbon were 90.57%and 90.55%respectively under neutral conditions.This conclusion can provide technical support for optimizing the decolorization processing technology of Helianthus tuberosus.
