摘要
目的:分析火龙罐综合疗法治疗老年功能性便秘的效果。方法:选取2021年8月—2023年8月高新社康辖区的老年功能性便秘患者78例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各39例。对照组实施传统走罐联合艾灸干预,观察组实施火龙罐综合疗法。比较两组干预效果。结果:干预后,两组Bristol粪便性状分级评分低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。干预后,两组粪便症状、直肠症状、腹部症状评分及总分低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组躯体不适、满意度、担心/焦虑、心理社会不适评分及总分低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:火龙罐综合疗法治疗老年功能性便秘的效果显著,能够改善患者粪便性状,缓解便秘症状,提高生活质量。
Objective:To analyze the effect of Huolong pot combined therapy on functional constipation in the elderly.Methods:A total of seventy-eight elderly patients with functional constipation from August 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with thirty-nine cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional cupping combined with moxibustion,and the observation group was treated with Huolong pot combined therapy.The intervention effect of the two groups was compared.Results:After intervention,the Bristol fecal trait grading score of the two groups was lower than before intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);after intervention,the scores and total scores of fecal symptoms,rectal symptoms and abdominal symptoms in the two groups were lower than before intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after intervention,the scores of physical discomfort,satisfaction,worry/anxiety,psychosocial discomfort and total scores of the two groups were lower than before intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Huolong pot combined therapy has a remarkable effect on the treatment of functional constipation in the elderly,which can improve the stool characteristics of patients,relieve constipation symptoms and improve the quality of life.
