摘要
目的:分析拉贝洛尔联合硫酸镁治疗妊娠高血压的效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年4月江陵县人民医院收治的妊娠高血压患者96例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各48例。对照组给予硫酸镁治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予拉贝洛尔治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.049)。观察组总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.037)。治疗后,两组收缩压、舒张压、平均动脉压低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组生理机能、生理职能、精神状态、躯体疼痛评分高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.037)。结论:拉贝洛尔联合硫酸镁治疗妊娠高血压的效果显著,能够较好地控制血压,改善患者生活质量,降低不良反应发生率,患者满意度较高。
Objective:To analyze the effect of labetalol combined with magnesium sulfate in the treatment of pregnancy hypertension.Methods:Ninety-six patients with gestational hypertension admitted to Jingzhou Jiangling County People's Hospital from January 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group,each with forty-eight cases,by using the method of randomized numerical table.The control group was given magnesium sulfate treatment,and the observation group was given labetalol treatment on the basis of the control group.Compare the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.049);the total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.037);after the treatment,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,and mean arterial pressure of the two groups were lower than that before the treatment,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the physiological function,physiological function,mental state and somatic pain scores of the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P=0.037).Conclusion:Labetalol combined with magnesium sulfate in the treatment of hypertension in pregnancy is effective,can better control blood pressure,improve the quality of life of patients,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and patient satisfaction is high.
