摘要
目的:分析左西孟旦联合依那普利、缬沙坦氢氯噻嗪治疗心力衰竭的效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年8月东部战区总医院镇江医疗区收治的心力衰竭患者100例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组,各50例。对照组给予依那普利联合缬沙坦氢氯噻嗪治疗,试验组在对照组基础上给予左西孟旦治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.029)。治疗后,两组生长分化因子15、氨基末端脑钠肽前体水平低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组白细胞介素-6、超敏C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。治疗后,两组一氧化氮水平高于治疗前,且试验组高于对照组,两组内皮素-1、血管紧张素Ⅱ水平低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:左西孟旦联合依那普利、缬沙坦氢氯噻嗪治疗心力衰竭的效果显著,能够减轻心肌损伤及炎性反应,改善血管内皮功能。
Objective:To analyze the effect of levosimendan combined with enalapril and valsartan hydrochlorothiazide in the treatment of heart failure.Methods:A total of 100 patients with heart failure admitted to Zhenjiang Medical District of General Hospital of Eastern Theater Command from January 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The con⁃trol group was treated with enalapril and valsartan hydrochlorothiazide,and the experimental group was treated with levosimendan on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.029).After treatment,the levels of growth differentiation factor 15 and N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the levels in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6,hypersensitive C-reactive protein and tumor necrosis factor-αin the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the levels in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After treatment,the levels of nitric oxide in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the levels in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,while the levels of endothelin-1 and angiotensinⅡ in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,andthe levels in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Levosimendan combined with enalapril and valsartan hydrochlorothiazide has a significant effect in the treatmen
