摘要
目的 探究利那洛肽联合复方聚乙二醇电解质应用于老年慢性便秘患者肠道准备的效果。方法 将2022年6月至2023年6月浙江省金华市人民医院就诊的84例老年慢性便秘患者采用随机数字表法分为两组,各42例。对照组采用复方聚乙二醇电解质行肠道准备,观察组采用利那洛肽联合复方聚乙二醇电解质行肠道准备,采用波士顿肠道准备量表(BBPS)比较两组肠道清洁度,比较两组首次排便时间、肠镜检查结果(操作时间、插镜深度、息肉检出率)及不良反应发生率。结果 观察组BBPS总分,左半结肠、右半结肠、横结肠BBPS评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组首次排便时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组操作时间短于对照组,插镜深度低于对照组,息肉检出率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 利那洛肽联合复方聚乙二醇电解质行肠道准备可提高老年慢性便秘患者结肠镜检查的肠道清洁度,缩短首次排便时间,缩短肠镜操作时间,降低肠镜检查的插镜深度,提高息肉检出率,降低不良反应发生率,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of Linalotide combined with compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte on intestinal preparation in elderly patients with chronic constipation.Methods A total of 84 elderly patients with chronic constipation who visited Jinhua People’s Hospital in Zhejiang Province from June 2022 to June 2023 were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte for intestinal preparation,and the observation group received Linalotide combined with compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte for intestinal preparation.The intestinal cleanliness of the two groups was compared by Boston bowel preparation scale(BBPS),and the time of first defecation,colonoscopy results(operation time,endoscopic depth,polyp detection rate),and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total BBPS score and the left colon,right colon,and transverse colon BBPS scores in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The time of first defecation of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the insertion depth was lower than that of the control group,and the detection rate of polyp was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Linalotide combined with PEG can improve the intestinal cleanliness of colonoscopy in elderly patients with chronic constipation,shorten the time of first defecation,shorten the operation time of colonoscopy,reduce the penetration depth of colonoscopy,improve the detection rate of polyps,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,which is worth promoting.
