摘要
为优化热力设备传热过程,降低能源消耗,文章深入探讨了传热机理、热阻分析和传热介质特性,提出了传热优化方法和节能控制策略。结合实验和模拟分析,验证了优化策略的有效性。这有助于提高工业生产的可持续性,减少能源浪费,降低生产成本。
In order to optimize the heat transfer process of thermal equipment and reduce energy consumption,this paper discusses the heat transfer mechanism,thermal resistance analysis and heat transfer medium characteristics,and puts forward the heat transfer optimization method and energy saving control strategy.The effectiveness of the optimization strategy is verified by experiments and simulation analysis.This will help to improve the sustainability of industrial production,reduce energy waste and reduce production costs.
