摘要
在当前的建筑工程造价结算审核过程中,存在结算审核制度的不健全、审核凭证的缺乏或者不准确、土方工程结算的虚假报价、预算定额的不完善以及审核人员的综合素质不足等问题。为了解决这些问题,文章提出了一些解决方案。通过实施这些方案,提升了建筑工程造价结算审核的效率和准确性。
In the current process of construction cost settlement review,there are problems such as incomplete settlement review system,lack or inaccuracy of review vouchers,false quotations in earthwork settlement,imperfect budget quotas,and insufficient comprehensive quality of review personnel.To address these issues,the article proposes some solutions.By implementing these plans,the efficiency and accuracy of construction project cost settlement review have been improved.
