摘要
采用高效分离器、压滤机对铜冶炼烟气制酸系统在净化工序中的流程进行工艺路线优化,并将该技术应用于项目生产实践。应用结果表明,以洗涤和分离设备的组合使用使净化一级动力波循环液含尘质量浓度由2000 mg/L降低至300 mg/L,污酸排放处理量降低20%,回收酸泥1.5 t/d,实现铜冶炼烟气制酸过程中气液两相杂质的高效分离。该技术为其他净化控制技术升级提供一种方法和思路。
Efficient separators and filter presses were used to optimize the process flow of copper smelting flue gas acid production system in the purification process,and this technology was applied to project production practice.The application results show that the combination of washing and separation equipment reduces the dust concentration of the first stage power wave circulating liquid from 2000 mg/L to 300 mg/L,reduces the amount of acid discharge by 20%,recovers 1.5 t/d of acid sludge,and achieves efficient separation of gas-liquid two-phase impurities in the copper smelting flue gas acid production process.This technology provides a method and approach for upgrading other purification control technologies.
