摘要
基于潜伏者、恢复者和环境中病原体的舱室年龄(即类年龄结构),提出了一类具有环境传播和复发的多组类年龄结构媒介传染病模型,给出了基本再生数R_(0)的准确表达式,并通过构造Lyapunov函数研究模型的全局动力学.结果表明:当R_(0)<1时,无病平衡点是全局渐近稳定的;当R_(0)>1时,地方病平衡点是全局渐近稳定的.
Based on the compartment age(i.e.age-class structure)of latent,restorer and viruses in the environment,a multi-age-structured vector-borne infectious disease model with environmental transmission and recurrence is proposed,the exact expression of the basic reproduction number R_(0) is given the global dynamics of the model is studied by constructing Lyapunov function.The results show that when R_(0)<1,the disease-free equilibrium is globally asymptotically stable and when R_(0)>1,the endemic equilibrium is globally asymptotically stable.
