砂岩型铀矿多参数组合测井探管研制

Development of the multi-parameter combination logging probe for sandstone type uranium deposits

摘要 针对我国砂岩型铀矿测井作业需多次下井测量,随着钻孔深度增加,占钻耗时增加,成本增大,且存在塌孔、卡管等风险,提出研制满足砂岩型铀矿勘查阶段测井需求的多参数组合探管。通过优选参数,解决了三侧向电阻率、自然电位等参数间相互干扰影响,研制了数字化、模块化的独立控制、独立响应各参数模块,结合连接结构设计和多参数独立响应并行工作机制的开发,最终实现了井温、井斜、井径、自然伽马、自然电位、三侧向电阻率、声波、井径和定量伽马等多参数组合探管研制,其中伽马测井模块通过了计量检定,取得了检定证书。经测井应用,研制的多参数组合探管能够实现1次下井作业获取多种测井数据的目的,提高了砂岩型铀矿测井作业效率,降低成本,符合高效、低成本发展需求,并且多参数组合探管测井数对岩性界面具有较高的识别能力,对于交互薄层、夹层等地层岩性变化的指示效果明显。 In response to the need for multiple logging measurements in sandstone type uranium deposits in China,as the drilling depth increases,the drilling time and cost increase,and there are risks such as collapse and pipe jamming,it is proposed to develop a multi parameter combination exploration tube that meets the logging requirements in the exploration stage of sandstone type uranium deposits.By optimizing parameters,the mutual interference between parameters such as trilateral resistivity and natural potential was solved.A digital and modular independent control and independent response parameter module was developed.Combined with connection structure design and the development of a multi parameter independent response parallel working mechanism,the ultimate goal was to achieve well temperature,wellbore inclination,wellbore diameter,natural gamma,natural potential,trilateral resistivity,acoustic wave,wellbore diameter,and quantification gamma combination probe with multiple parameters,including gamma the logging module has passed the metrological verification and obtained the verification certificate.Through logging applications,the developed multi parameter combination exploration tube can achieve the purpose of obtaining multiple logging data in one well operation,improve the efficiency of sandstone type uranium logging operation,reduce costs,and meet the needs of efficient and low-cost development.Moreover,the parameters of the multi parameter combination exploration tube have high recognition ability at the rock interface,and have a significant indication effect on the lithological changes of interactive thin layers,interlayers,and other formations.
