基于Bibliometrix的肌少症和维生素D相关性研究文献计量可视化分析

摘要 目的分析2014-2023年肌少症和维生素D相关性研究的研究现状、热点及发展趋势,为该领域的研究工作提供思路和参考。方法利用R语言的Bibliometrix软件对Web of Science核心数据库2014年1月1日至2023年9月19日发表的关于肌少症和维生素D相关性研究的文献,从发文量、发文期刊、发文国家、发文机构、关键词、文献被引频次等方面进行定量和可视化分析。结果2014年1月1日至2023年9月19日共检出650篇文献。发文最多的期刊有NUTRIENTS、JOURNAL OF CACHEXIA SARCOPENIA AND MUSCLE、JOURNAL OF NUTRITION HEALTH&AGING、JOURNAL OF THE AMERICAN MEDICAL DIRECTORS ASSOCIATION。主要发文机构为墨尔本大学、塔夫茨大学、悉尼大学。高产出国家前3位分别是日本、中国、美国。出现频次最高的关键词主要为肌少症、维生素D、力量、骨骼肌、体成分等。结论肌少症和维生素D相关性研究研究领域的文献数量有待进一步提高。通过维生素D联合蛋白补充剂治疗肌少症及探究炎症因子对肌少症发病的作用机理仍是目前该领域研究的热点和难点,应继续加强在此方面研究的投入。 Objective To analyze the current research status,hotspots,and development trends of the correlation between sarcopenia and vitamin D from 2014 to 2023,to provide ideas and references for research in this field.Methods Bibliometrix software in R language was used to quantitatively and visually analyze the literature on the correlation between sarcopenia and vitamin D published in the Web of Science core database from January 1,2014 to September 19,2023,in terms of the publication number,journal,country,institution,keywords,and citation frequency.Results A total of 650 articles were detected,with the retrieval duration from January 1,2014 to September 19,2023.The journals with the most publications include NUTRIENTS,JOURNAL OF CACHEXIA SARCOPENIA AND MUSCLE,JOURNAL OF NUTRITION HEALTH&AGING,JOURNAL OF THE AMERICAN MEDICAL DIRECTORS ASSOCIATION.The main publication institutions were the University of Melbourne,Tufts University,and the University of Sydney.The top three high-publishing countries were Japan,China,and the United States.The keywords with the highest frequency of occurrence were mainly sarcopenia,vitamin D,strength,skeletal muscle,body composition,etc.Conclusion The number of articles on the correlation between sarcopenia and vitamin D needs to be further improved.The treatment of sarcopenia through the combination of vitamin D and protein supplements,and the exploration of the mechanism of action of inflammatory factors on the pathogenesis of sarcopenia,are still hot and difficult research topics in this field,and more attention should be paid in this research.
