摘要
目的探究在对急性胰腺炎实施治疗时,采用乌司他丁+奥曲肽治疗的临床效果。方法选取2021年12月—2023年12月贵州省三穗县中医医院收治的80例急性胰腺炎患者作为研究对象,以随机数表法分为对比组(40例)和探究组(40例)。对比组以奥曲肽治疗为主,而探究组则在此基础上联用乌司他丁,对比两组症状缓解时间、疼痛程度、不良反应发生情况以及疗效。结果探究组治疗总有效率为95.00%,相比对比组的80.00%更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.114,P<0.05)。相比对比组症状缓解时间,探究组腹胀缓解时间(4.68±0.53)d、腹痛缓解时间(4.24±0.43)d、肠鸣音恢复正常时间(2.41±0.68)d更短,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后探究组数字评分量表评分低于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在对急性胰腺炎患者实施治疗时,采用乌司他丁+奥曲肽的临床治疗效果更佳,可有效促进患者症状的缓解,并且疗效更高,具有一定的安全性。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of treatment with urinastatin+octreotide in the implementation of treatment for acute pancreatitis.Methods A total of 80 patients with acute pancreatitis were selected as study objects from Sansui County Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from December 2021 to December 2023.They were randomly divided into comparison group(n=40)and investigation group(n=40).The comparison group was treated with octreotide,while the investigation group was treated with ulinastatin on the basis of octreotide.The time of symptom relief,pain degree,adverse reaction and curative effect were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of 95.00%in the investigation group was higher than that of 80.00%in the comparison group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.114,P<0.05).Compared with the symptomatic relief time of the comparison group,the time for abdominal distension to be relieved(4.68±0.53)d,abdominal pain to be relieved(4.24±0.43)d,and bowel sounds to return to normal(2.41±0.68)d in the investigation group was shorter,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The Numerrical Rating Scale score of the investigation group was lower than that of the comparison group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the implementation of the treatment of acute pancreatitis patients,the use of urinastatin+octreotide clinical treatment is more effective,can effectively promote the relief of patients′symptoms,and the efficacy is higher,with a certain degree of safety.
