摘要
幼儿园教师工作旺盛感是幼儿园教师工作中的活力感和学习感的综合体现。本研究以宁夏回族自治区20所幼儿园的614名教师为调查对象,综合运用描述性统计、相关分析、回归分析以及结构方程模型等方法,分析幼儿园组织支持对幼儿园教师工作旺盛感的影响效应以及幼儿园教师的基本心理需求在影响效应中的中介作用。研究结果表明:幼儿园教师工作旺盛感整体较强;教师的基本心理需求能够显著预测教师的工作旺盛感,并在幼儿园组织支持对教师工作旺盛感的影响机制中产生中介效应。为了促进幼儿园教师工作旺盛感的提升,幼儿园亟须给予幼儿园教师充裕的物质保障,制定合理的幼儿园教师管理制度,营造良好的学习气氛与和谐的人际环境。
The sense of vitality among kindergarten teachers is a comprehensive reflection of their energy and sense of learning in their work.This study investigates the impact of organizational support on the sense of vitality among kindergarten teachers,as well as the mediating role of their basic psychological needs.The survey sample consists of 614 teachers from 20 kindergartens in the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.Descriptive statistics,correlation analysis,regression analysis,and structural equation modeling were used to analyze the data.The results indicate that the overall sense of vitality among kindergarten teachers is relatively strong.The teachers'basic psychological needs significantly predict their sense of vitality,and these needs play the mediating role in the impact of organizational support on their sense of vitality.To enhance the sense of vitality among kindergarten teachers,it is crucial to provide them with sufficient material support,establish reasonable management systems,and create a positive learning atmosphere and harmonious interpersonal environment in kindergartens.
