摘要
内蒙古打造“北疆文化”品牌是贯彻习近平文化思想,担当文化使命,为建设中华民族现代文明作出内蒙古贡献的需要;是铸牢中华民族共同体意识,构筑中华民族共有精神家园的需要;是推动内蒙古高质量发展,在中国式现代化建设中“闯新路、进中游”的需要;是筑牢祖国北疆安全稳定屏障,保障国家安全和边疆安宁的需要。“北疆文化”是中华文化的重要组成部分,是以铸牢中华民族共同体意识为主线,融红色文化和草原文化、农耕文化、渔猎文化、黄河文化、长城文化等诸文化为一体的地域文化。“北疆文化”以红色文化为底色,以守望相助为核心理念,以弘扬蒙古马精神和“三北精神”为精神标识。内蒙古要通过打造“北疆文化”品牌,凝聚文化共识、增强文化自信、提升文化影响力,让植根在北疆大地上的优秀文化在新时代活起来、火起来,让模范自治区的金字招牌亮起来。
