摘要
通过对两组蒸压加气混凝土复合保温墙板和1组蒸压加气混凝土复合保温墙板系统的抗弯试验,研究了蒸压加气混凝土复合保温墙板的抗弯性能和与主体连接节点抗拉承载能力。通过理论分析和试验计算,在建立合理假定的基础上,蒸压加气混凝土复合保温墙板作为非组合墙板时,分析了内外叶板跨中截面内力分布和应力、应变分布,提出了内外叶板弯曲正应力计算方法。根据试验验证,证明了墙板及连接节点满足设计要求。
Through the flexural tests of two groups of autoclaved aerated concrete composite insulation wallboard and one group of autoclaved aerated concrete composite insulation wallboard system,the flexural performance of autoclaved aerated concrete composite insulation wall panels and the tensile bearing capacity of the joint with the main body are studied.Through theoretical analysis and experimental calculation,on the basis of establishing reasonable assumptions,when the autoclaved aerated concrete composite insulation wall panel is used as a non⁃composite wall panel,the internal force distribution and stress and strain distribution of the mid⁃span section of the inner and outer panels are analyzed,and the calculation method of the bending normal stress of the inner and outer panels is proposed.According to the test verification,it is proved that the wall panel and the joint meet the design requirements.
