摘要
某导电塑料电位器出现零位偏移不复现故障,经失效分析和机理分析发现故障原因是由于助焊剂多余物在温度、湿度变化的作用下,在电位器内部生成磷酸盐结晶物,该结晶物分布在集流环与下簧片组件的接触部位,阻断了下簧片组件与集流环的接触,导致因动端接触不良而出现零位偏移的现象,当电刷在集流环工作面旋转一定的圈数后,电刷面附着的磷酸盐结晶物也会因电刷的运动而脱离接触面,故障消失,难以复现。提出相应的工艺改进措施,可以避免类似故障的发生,有效提高了产品的可靠性。
A conductive plastic potentiometer has a zero displacement fault that does not recur.After failure analysis and mechanism analysis,it is found that the fault is caused by the formation of phosphate crystals inside the potentiometer due to the residual flux under the influence of temperature and humidity changes.The crystals are distributed at the contact area between the collector ring and the lower spring component,blocking the contact between the lower spring component and the collector ring,resulting in poor contact at the moving end and zero displacement.When the brush rotates a certain number of turns on the working surface of the collector ring,the phosphate crystals attached to the brush surface also detaches from the contact surface due to the movement of the brush,and the fault disappears,making it difficult to reproduce.Corresponding process improvement measures is proposed to avoid similar faults and the reliability of the product is improved.
