摘要
对北京地铁6号线近两年来运营线发生的列车故障进行梳理总结,根据故障处置的时间以及故障发生的频次,建立故障评级矩阵,在矩阵中选取1个评级为严重等级的故障进行优化研究。通过对历次列车故障处置流程的总结以及车辆电气原理的分析,找出处置流程中司机、行车调度员存在的问题并提出改进意见,并针对司机处理故障的具体处置步骤进行优化。对于优化后的处置步骤,在非运营线模拟故障进行试验,对比优化前后的处置时间,对优化后的步骤进行评价。
In this paper,train faults occurred in Beijing Metro Line 6 in the past two years are sorted out and summarized.According to the time of fault disposal and the frequency of fault occurrence,a fault rating matrix is established,and one fault rated as serious in the matrix is selected for optimization research.Based on the summary of the train fault handling process and the analysis of the vehicle electrical principle,the problems existing in the process of the driver and the train dispatcher are found out and the improvement suggestions are put forward,and the specific disposal steps of the driver are optimized.For the optimized disposal step,the testwas carried out on the non-operational line to simulate the fault,and the disposal time before and after the optimizationwas compared to evaluate the optimized step.
