摘要
直升机进入老龄化后导线状况堪忧,导线故障逐渐增多,按最初制定的计划性维修任务对导线进行定期检查并不能满足安全性需求,需重新评估老龄直升机导线的计划性维修任务。直升机导线的计划维修任务是由MSG-3分析的增强区域分析得到的,通过梳理增强区域分析的流程方法,建议直升机在进入老龄化后需重新评估偶然损伤和环境损伤的影响因素和损伤等级,更新导线的计划性维修任务,并视情对导线进行更换,从而保证老龄直升机的安全性和适航性。
After the aging of the helicopter,the conductor condition is worrying,and wire failures are increasing gradually.The regular inspection of the conductor according to the original planned maintenance task can not meet the safety requirements,and it is necessary to re-evaluate the planned maintenance task of the conductor of the aging helicopter.The planned maintenance task of helicopter conductor is obtained from the enhanced area analysis of MSG-3 analysis.By combing the process and method of enhanced area analysis,it is suggested that the influencing factors and damage grade of accidental damage and environmental damage should be re-evaluated after the helicopter is aging,and the planned maintenance task of the wire should be updated,and the wire should be replaced according to the situation,so as to ensure the safety and airworthiness of the aging helicopter.
