摘要
为提升隧道检测效率以及安全性,文章设计开发了一种基于机器视觉的隧道病害快速检测设备,此设备将图像采集装置搭载于车辆上,实现快速、安全、稳定的隧道表观病害图像采集。另外,此设备通过图像采集单元、多传感器以及多动作机构,实现了图像采集单元位置及角度的灵活、快速调整,适用不同轮廓的隧道,有效提高了隧道检测设备的实用性及检测效率。
In order to improve the efficiency and safety of tunnel detection,this article designs and develops a machine vision based rapid detection equipment for tunnel diseases.This equipment installs an image acquisition device on vehicles to achieve fast,safe,and stable image acquisition of tunnel apparent diseases.In addition,this device achieves flexible and rapid adjustment of the position and angle of the image acquisition unit through image acquisition units,multiple sensors,and multiple action mechanisms,suitable for tunnels with different contours,effectively improving the practicality and detection efficiency of tunnel detection equipment.
