基于激光点云数据的地物分类与城市三维模型构建

摘要 为了解决传统方法地物分类和城市模型构建中精度低和效率低的问题。本文提出基于激光点云数据的地物分类和城市三维模型的构建。在地物分类方面,讨论了特征提取、特征选择以及分类算法等步骤。对于城市三维模型构建,阐述了数据获取、数据预处理、特征提取、模型生成和模型优化等关键步骤,并利用最小二乘法进行城市模型的构建。实验结果表明:本文方法可以有效提高地物分类精度及模型构建效率。 In order to solve the problems of low accuracy and efficiency in traditional methods of land feature classification and urban model construction.This article proposes the construction of terrain classification and urban 3D models based on laser point cloud data.In terms of land classification,the steps of feature extraction,feature selection,and classification algorithms were discussed.For the construction of urban 3D models,key steps such as data acquisition,data preprocessing,feature extraction,model generation,and model optimization were elaborated,and the least squares method was used to construct the urban model.The experimental results show that the method proposed in this paper can effectively improve the accuracy of land cover classification and the efficiency of model construction.
