摘要
目的:分析定坤丹与黄体酮软胶囊联合治疗围绝经期综合征的效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年7月于贵阳市云岩区妇幼保健院治疗的围绝经期综合征患者100例为研究对象,随机分为参照组和试验组,各50例。参照组采用黄体酮软胶囊治疗,试验组在对照组基础上联合定坤丹治疗。比较两组雌激素水平、围绝经期生活质量、子宫内膜厚度、治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组黄体生成素、卵泡刺激素水平降低,雌二醇、孕酮水平升高,试验组优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组血管舒缩症状、性生活症状、生理状态、心理状态评分降低,试验组低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组子宫内膜厚度升高,试验组高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗总有效率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0144)。结论:给予围绝经期综合征患者定坤丹与黄体酮软胶囊联合治疗,能够较快改善患者雌激素指标水平,增加子宫内膜厚度,提高治疗效果,进而改善患者生活质量。
Objective:To analyze the effect of combined treatment of perimenopausal syndrome with Dingkundan and progesterone soft capsules.Methods:One hundred patients with perimenopausal syndrome treated in Guiyang Yunyan District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into the reference group and the experimental group,each with fifty cases.The reference group was treated with progesterone soft capsule,and the experimental group was treated with Dingkundan on the basis of the control group.The estrogen level,perimenopausal quality of life,endometrial thickness,and treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,luteinizing hormone and follicle-stimulating hormone levels decreased and estradiol and progesterone levels increased in the two groups,and the experimental group was better than the reference group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);after treatment,vasodilatory symptoms,sexual life symptoms,physiological state,and psychological state scores decreased in the two groups,and the experimental group was lower than the reference group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);after treatment,endometrial thickness increased in both groups,and the experimental group was higher than the reference group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group,with a statistically significant difference(P=0.0144).Conclusion:Combined treatment of Dingkundan and progesterone soft capsule in patients with perimenopausal syndrome can improve the level of estrogen index,increase the thickness of endometrium,improve the therapeutic effect,and then improve the quality of life of patients.
