摘要
为了研究CBL教学法联合情景模拟演练在口腔专业学位研究生院感教学中的应用效果,选取口腔专业学位研究生20名,随机分为2组,分别采用传统教学法和CBL联合情景模拟演练法进行培训,一周后进行理论知识考核与教学满意度调查;统计培训结束后三个月内两组手卫生依从性、医疗废物分类与处置正确率、职业暴露发生例数。结果发现,实验组理论考核成绩、教学满意度均高于对照组(p<0.05);实验组手卫生依从性、医疗废物分类与处置正确性均高于对照组(p<0.05);实验组职业暴露发生例数少于对照组。因此可知,CBL联合情景模拟演练对口腔专业学位研究生院感知识掌握程度、院感防控意识及教学满意度具有积极影响。
To explore the effects of case-based learning combined with situational simulation exercise on nosocomial infection prevention and control training,twenty postgraduates were divided into two groups.The experimental group was trained by case-based learning combined with situational simulation exercise,while the control group was trained by traditional lecture-based learning.The two groups were compared by theoretical scores,teaching satisfaction,and nosocomial behaviors.There was a significant difference in the theoretical scores,teaching satisfaction and nosocomial behaviors between the two groups.The application of case-based learning combined with situational simulation exercise shows promising prospect on nosocomial infection teaching for postgraduates of stomatology.
