摘要
医院伦理审查工作在保护受试者权益和安全方面起到了越来越重要的作用,但在其实践过程中,存在伦理团队组织架构需健全完善、管理体系运行需实践细化、内控监督考核需规范创新等一系列问题。对医院伦理审查的实践问题进行分析,基于机构伦理视域探讨伦理审查的优化策略,为提高医院伦理审查质量提供参考。
The ethical review work in hospitals has played an increasingly important role in protecting the rights and safety of subjects.However,in its practical process,there are inevitably a series of problems and difficulties,such as the need for a sound and perfect organizational structure of the ethical team,the need for detailed management system operation,and the need for standardized and innovative internal control supervision and assessment.It analyzes the practical issues of hospital ethical review and the optimisation strategies of ethical review are explored based on institutional ethical perspectives to provide reference for improving the quality of ethical review in hospitals.
