摘要
大尺寸有机玻璃高精度研磨抛光机是航空航天、电子信息以及新材料产业的关键设备,为了实现研磨机的大尺寸加工能力、高公差要求、低板材厚度变化率的性能指标,对研磨抛光机进行技术研究,完成了大尺寸有机玻璃高精度研磨抛光机的研制,实现了关键设备自主可控。
The high-precision grinding and polishing machine for large-size plexiglass is the key equipment of aerospace,electronic information and new materials industries,in order to achieve the performance indicators of large-size processing capacity,high tolerance requirements and low plate thickness variation rate of grinding machine.In the paper,the technical research of grinding and polishing machine is carried out,and the development of high-precision grinding and polishing machine for large-size plexiglass is completed,achieving autonomous controllability of the key equipment.
