摘要
某煤矿为了降低巷道的资金成本,缓解采掘压力,依据8105工作面的开采条件和留巷泵站输送长度等因素,使用高水材料巷旁充填沿空留巷的方法,采用巷道加强支护、巷旁支护、补强支护等方式确保沿空留巷效果,经过对实地矿压监测,测量结果:在留巷围岩稳固以后顶板下沉量200 mm,两帮位移量140 mm,巷道断面的平均收缩率在8%之内,保障了矿井的安全生产。
In order to reduce the capital cost of the roadway and alleviate mining pressure,a certain coal mine used the method of filling the goaf with high water material next to the roadway based on factors such as the mining conditions of the 8105 working face and the conveying length of the retaining pump station.The effectiveness of the goaf retaining roadway was ensured by strengthening support,roadside support,and reinforcement support.After on-site mine pressure monitoring,the measurement results showed that after the surrounding rock of the retaining roadway was stable,the roof subsidence was 200 mm,the displacement of the two sides was 140 mm,and the average shrinkage rate of the roadway section was within 8%,ensuring the safety production of the mine.
