摘要
[目的]探究不同临床诊治方案对牛胃肠炎的治疗效果。[方法]选取某规模养殖场80头确诊为牛胃肠炎的病牛作为试验对象,并根据临床诊治方案的差异将其随机分为4组,每组20头,分别实施中药复方、西药抗生素和中西药联合3组治疗方案以及空白对照组,每组每天治疗1次,连续使用5d为1个疗程,比较各治疗方案的临床治疗效果。[结果]采用中西药联合方式治疗牛胃肠炎的临床疗效最为显著,总有效率为95.0%,其次为西药抗生素治疗组和中药复方治疗组,总有效率均显著高于空白对照组,且中西药联合治疗相较于仅接受单纯西医治疗组和中药治疗组的治疗效果分别显著提升10、35百分点。[结论]中西医结合治疗牛胃肠炎的临床效果较好,可快速有效控制病情蔓延,降低该病造成的生产经济损失。
[Objectives]The therapeutic effect of different schemes for clinical treatment on bovine gastroenteritis was studied.[Methods]80 cattle diagnosed with bovine gastroenteritis were selected from a certain scale farm and randomly divided into 4 groups based on differences in schemes for clinical diagnosis and treatment,with 20 cattle in each group.Three treatment schemes including traditional Chinese medicine(compounds),western medicine(antibiotics),and a combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine and a blank group as control were set up.Each group was administered once a day,with consecutive administration for 5 days as one course of treatment.The effects of clinical treatment in various schemes were compared.[Results]The therapeutic effect of using a combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine to treat bovine gastroenteritis was the most significant,with a total effective rate of 95.0%,followed by the western medicine(antibiotics)group and the traditional Chinese medicine(compounds)group,with a total effective rate significantly higher than that of the blank group(control).The therapeutic effect of the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine was significantly increased by 10 and 35 percentage point compared to that of the group only with western medicine(antibiotics)and the group only with traditional Chinese medicine(compounds).[Conclusions]The therapeutic effect of treating bovine gastroenteritis with a combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine is good,which can quickly and effectively control the spread of the disease and reduce the economic losses caused by the disease.
