摘要
近年来,江苏省高新区围绕“一区一战略产业”发展取得了良好的成绩,形成了一批创新型产业集群,但集群发展仍然存在创新浓度不够高,产业链供应链自主可控能力不足,具有全球影响力的创新型领军企业相对缺乏等问题。文章通过案例分析、政策研究等手段,围绕寻求项目支持、集聚创新资源、培育创新型企业等方面对创新型产业集群发展提出针对性对策建议。
In recent years,the high-tech zone in our province has made positive achievements in the development of“one zone and one strategic industry”,and formed a number of innovative industrial clusters.However,the development of clusters still has problems such as insufficient innovation concentration,insufficient independent controllability of industrial chain and supply chain,and relative lack of innovative leading enterprises with global influence.Through case analysis and policy research,this paper puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions for the development of innovative industrial clusters,focusing on seeking project support,gathering innovative resources,and cultivating innovative enterprises.
