摘要
为判别道地与非道地产区黄芪的差异,利用干法消解结合ICP-OES测定6个产区黄芪中的Se、Ni等13种元素的含量。结果表明,黑龙江产黄芪As、Ni重金属元素含量均比其他地区的黄芪重金属元素含量高;相关性分析结果表明,重金属元素的吸收与富集存在一定的协同作用,PCA和MLR分析均可以实现道地与非道地黄芪的判别,且正确识别率为100%。基于ICP-OES结合多元统计分析可以实现道地与非道地产区黄芪的判别,为道地产区黄芪的鉴别提供了快速、准确的新方法。
In order to distinguish the differences between Astragalus membranaceu from Taoist and non-Taoist producing areas,the contents of 13 elements including Se and Ni in Astragalus from 6 producing areas were determined by dry digestion combined with ICP-OES.The results showed that the heavy metal element contents of As and Ni in Astragalus membranaceu from Heilongjiang were higher than those of Astragalus membranaceu from other regions.The results of correlation analysis showed that there was a certain synergistic effect between the uptake and enrichment of heavy metal elements,and both PCA and MLR analyses could realize the discrimination between Taoist and non-Taoist Astragalus membranaceu and the correct identification rate was 100%.Based on ICP-OES combined with multivariate statistical analysis could realize the discrimination of Astragalus from Taoist and non-Taoist producing areas,which provided a new fast and accurate method for the identification of Astragalus from Taoist producing areas.
