摘要
对反渗透膜法水处理过程中遇到的问题进行了分析,找出了引起运行问题的原因主要有膜片易污染易氧化、工艺设计及运行管理不合理、膜污染和膜损伤,提出了改进膜材料、优化工艺设计完善运行管理、充分预处理预防膜污染膜损伤、对已发生膜污染膜损伤的膜元件进行针对性清洗修补的应对措施。希望能为后期反渗透膜法相关学者提供借鉴价值。
Analyze the problem in the process of reverse osmosis membrane water treatment,and find out the cause of running problems,mainly include easy pollution and oxidation of the membrane,unreasonable operation and management,membrane fouling and damage.Proposed to improve the membrane material,optimize the process design,perfect the management,and fully pretreat to prevent membrane pollution and injury.Do some specific cleaning and repairing measures for the damaged membrane element.It is hoped that this paper can provide reference value for scholars related to reverse osmosis membrane method in the future.
