多效蒸发自然循环蒸发器的模拟与优化设计

摘要 介绍了自然循环蒸发器的特点。通过Aspen Plus、Aspen EDR软件,考察了多效蒸发系统及自然循环蒸发器的模拟、设计过程,通过实例分析了循环管长度、蒸发器结构尺寸、进出口管径对自然循环蒸发器循环稳定性的影响,并得到了优化后的多效自然循环蒸发器结构参数。当推动力大于循环阻力,且循环阻力在进口管线、蒸发器、出口管线中分配合理时,自然循环蒸发器才能循环稳定工作。 The characteristics of the natural circulation evaporator are introduced.The simulation and design processes of the multi-effects evaporation system and the natural evaporator are investigated by Aspen Plus and Aspen EDR.The effects of the length of the circulation pipe,evaporator structure size,and inlet and outlet pipe diameter on the circulation stability of the natural circulation evaporator are analyzed,and the optimized structural parameters of the one effect natural circulation evaporator are obtained.The natural circulation evaporator can operate stably in circulation when the driving force is greater than the circulation resistance,and the circulation resistance is reasonably distributed in the inlet pipeline,evaporator,and out pipeline.
