摘要
结合某综合办公楼抗震鉴定、加固设计与施工案例,通过对既有建筑结构抗震鉴定,找出建筑结构抗震缺陷。再通过加固设计,弥补既有建筑结构的抗震缺陷。并结合功能改造设计,使既有建筑焕然一新,满足使用要求及现行规范之要求。对于钢筋混凝土框架结构抗震加固,采用增设混凝土抗震墙及增大截面,预制混凝土板面增设叠合层并增加搁置长度,梁、柱采用外包钢及碳纤维等方法进行加固,使建筑抗震性能显著提高,取得良好的抗震加固效果。
Combined with the seismic appraisal,reinforcement design and construction case of a comprehensive office building,through the seismic appraisal of the existing building structure,the seismic defects of the building structure are found out.The existing structural defects can be made up by strengthening the structure.Combined with the design of functional transformation,the existing buildings are completely new and meet the requirements of use requirements and current specifications.For the seismic reinforcement of reinforced concrete frame structure,adding concrete seismic wall and increasing cross-section,adding composite layer on precast concrete slab surface and increasing shelving length,strengthening beams and columns with steel and carbon fiber,etc.,can significantly improve the seismic performance of the building and obtain good seismic reinforcement effect.
