摘要
在卫星通信逐步转变为网络化运营的背景下,针对近年来低轨星座对同步静止轨道(Geostationary Orbit,GEO)卫星运营带来的挑战,提出了提高GEO卫星资源利用效率和降低通信成本的运营思路。在此基础上,结合卫星通信未来发展面对的时空变化的业务、高价值移动载体、天地协同泛在互联三类重要应用场景,根据各场景特点分析了GEO卫星提高服务性价比的关键技术,包括卫星灵活载荷技术和卫星与蜂窝网络融合技术,指出了这些技术的架构和功能要点,以及技术实施后对卫星资源利用的重要影响。
Against the background of the gradual transformation of satellite communications into networked operation,the operation idea of improving utilization efficiency of Geostationary Orbit(GEO)satellite resources and reducing communication cost is put forward in response to the challenges posed by low-orbit constellations to the operation of GEO satellite in recent years.On this basis,combining the three important application scenarios of time and space changing service demand,high-value mobile carrier,and space-terrestrial cooperative ubiquitous interconnection faced by the future development of satellite communication,key technologies of GEO satellite to improve the cost-effectiveness of services are analyzed according to characteristics of each scenario,including the satellite flexible payload technology and the satellite-cellular network convergence technology.Then architecture and functional points of these technologies are pointed out,as well as the important impact on the utilization of satellite resources after implementation of the technologies.
