影响精梳梳理质量的工艺因素探讨

摘要 为了提高精梳梳理质量,对比两种梳理强度下的精梳梳理质量和成纱质量,说明在原料强力指标较好时,较强的精梳梳理具有较好的质量指标;阐述精梳准备工序工艺配置对精梳质量的影响,提出精梳棉结、短绒的控制方法;分析落棉隔距、梳理隔距、顶梳插入深度、分离接合时间、齿条齿型等对精梳质量的影响及显著性。指出:要秉持全局理念做好工艺设计,同时设置合适的精梳准备工序工艺;精梳工艺特定参数与精梳过程中棉结、短绒的清除有显著相关性,工艺调整要根据具体喂入品性状与产出品的突出需求,综合考虑、精准设置;采用较少的预并并合数,小的预并、条卷牵伸倍数及前进给棉利于精梳机开高速;了解并掌握精梳锡林及顶梳的发展趋势,有助于发挥其最佳效能。 In order to improve the combing quality,the comparison of combing quality and yarn quality under two kinds of combing strength shows that the stronger combing has better quality index when the strength index of raw material is better.The influence of the combing preparation process configuration on the combing quality is described,and the control methods of combing cotton neps and short fibers are put forward.The influence and significance of the noil gauge,carding gauge,top comb insertion depth,timing of detaching and overlapping,rack profile on combing quality are analyzed.It is pointed out that we should adhere to the overall idea to do the process design,and set up the appropriate combing preparation process.There is a significant correlation between the specific parameters of combing process and the removal of cotton neps and short fibers in combing process,and the adjustment of the process should be comprehensively considered and accurately set according to the specific characteristics of the feeders and the outstanding needs of the output products.The use of less pre-drawing number,small pre-drawing,drafting multiple of sliver coiling and forward cotton feeding is conducive to the high speed of the comber.Understanding and mastering the development trend of combing cylinder and top comb is helpful to exert its best performance.
