摘要
为解决目前倒角场地分散、物流运转周期长、工作量巨大和质量不稳定等问题,对船舶建造工艺流程现状进行分析,并研制一套船舶小零件自由边智能倒角单元。该倒角单元将关节臂机器人技术和复合视觉识别技术相融合,能够实现平板零件无序抓取上料、非焊接边双面倒角(两面分别倒)以及分拣下料全过程的自动化等功能。研究表明:该倒角单元可有效提高生产过程的安全性和工作效率,并能显著减轻人员劳动负荷。研究成果可为船舶倒角单元的设计提供一定参考。
To solve the problems of scattered chamfering sites,long logistics operation cycles,huge workload,and unstable quality,an analysis of the current status of ship construction process flow is conducted,and a set of intelligent chamfering units for free edges of small ship parts is developed.This chamfering unit integrates joint arm robot technology and composite visual recognition technology,and can achieve functions such as disorderly grasping and loading of flat parts,double-sided chamfering of non welding edges(two sides are chamfered separately),and automation of the entire sorting and unloading process.Research shows that this chamfering unit can effectively improve the safety and work efficiency of the production process,and can significantly reduce personnel labor load.The research results can provide some references for the design of ship chamfering units.
