摘要
双曲线冷却塔是用水作为循环冷却剂,从系统中吸收热量排放至大气中,以降低水温的双曲线型高耸构筑物,筒壁是冷却塔通风筒的主体部分,它是承受以风荷载为主的高耸薄壳结构,对风十分敏感。根据规范要求,塔筒整体屈曲稳定系数和局部弹性稳定系数均应≥5,施工过程中的偏差往往会导致结构性能降低,整体稳定性和局部稳定性不满足规范要求。本文以某双曲线冷却塔为研究对象,通过检测塔筒直径、筒壁厚度和钢筋保护层厚度的施工偏差,结合有限元软件进行数值模拟分析,得出施工偏差对双曲线冷却塔结构性能的影响和加固方式的选取方式。
Hyperbolic cooling tower is a high-rise building which uses water as circulating coolant to absorb heat from the system and discharge it into the atmosphere to lower the water temperature,it is a tall thin shell structure which is sensitive to wind load.According to the requirements of the code,the buckling stability coefficient and local elastic stability coefficient of the tower tube should be≥5,the global stability and local stability do not meet the requirements of the code.In this paper,a hyperbolic cooling tower is taken as the research object,the construction deviation of the diameter of the tower tube,the thickness of the cylinder wall and the thickness of the steel bar protective layer is detected,and the numerical simulation analysis is carried out with the finite element software,the influence of construction deviation on the structural performance of hyperbolic cooling tower is obtained.
