摘要
传统地铁机电数字化装配安装体系直接约束装配轨迹,未构建地铁机电模型,装配效果较差。因此,文章提出了地铁机电数字化装配安装体系应用技术。基于数字化技术构建地铁机电模型,约束其装配轨迹,以提高地铁机电数字化装配的安装精度,最后根据地铁机电数字化装配流程实现地铁机电装配安装,结果表明,该研究方法的装配效果优于传统方法,可以满足地铁机电装配精度要求。
The traditional subway electromechanical digital assembly and installation system directly constrains the assembly trajectory without constructing a subway electromechanical model,resulting in poor assembly effect.Therefore,this paper puts forward the application technology of subway electromechanical digital assembly and installation system.Based on digital technology,the subway electromechanical model is constructed to constrain its assembly trajectory and improve the installation accuracy of subway electromechanical digital assembly.Finally,the subway electromechanical assembly and installation is realized according to the subway electromechanical digital assembly process.The results show that the assembly effect of this research method is better than that of traditional methods,which can meet the requirements of subway electromechanical assembly accuracy.
