摘要
为探究掺入引气剂后水工混凝土的性能差异,文章对掺加引气剂与不掺引气剂的混凝土性能差异进行试验分析。结果表明,混凝土在掺入引气剂后坍落度会出现明显提升,适量掺加引气剂有利于改良混凝土工作性能,同时有助于改善混凝土泌水率;泌水会使混凝土抗渗性能明显下降,引气剂的掺入能够形成大量稳定、独立的微小气泡,强化混凝土抗渗性能;引气剂的掺入能够形成大量相互独立的微小气泡,能够通过调整混凝土孔道结构来实现对混凝土力学性能的改善。
In order to explore the performance difference of hydraulic concrete with air entrainment agent,the paper conducts test analysis on the performance difference of concrete with air entrainment agent and without air entrainment agent.The results show that the slump of concrete will increase obviously after adding air entrainment agent,and the appropriate amount of air entrainment agent is conducive to improving the working performance of concrete and improving the bleeding rate of concrete.The seepage resistance of concrete will decrease obviously,and the addition of air entraining agent can form a large number of stable and independent micro bubbles,which will strengthen the permeability resistance of concrete.The addition of air entrainment agent can form a large number of small independent bubbles,and the mechanical properties of concrete can be improved by adjusting the structure of concrete channels.
