摘要
集宁至通辽铁路电气化改造工程某铁路桥C35混凝土出机状态良好,到达现场短时间内出现泌水离析,板结严重,无法满足现场施工需求。文章在前人研究成果的基础上,通过净浆流动度试验,查明外加剂与粉煤灰适应性较差是导致C35混凝土到场工作性能差的主要原因,并通过调整外加剂相关组分、粉煤灰与矿粉掺量及砂的细度模数,调制出塌落度、扩展度、和易性等良好且满足现场泵送施工要求的C35混凝土,成功解决了该铁路桥C35混凝土泌水离析、板结严重的问题。
The C35 concrete of a railway bridge in the electrification reconstruction project of Jining-Tongliao railway is in good condition,and the bleeding segregation occurs in a short time after reaching the site,and the hardening is serious,which can not meet the needs of onsite construction.On the basis of previous research results,through the paste fluidity test,it is found that the poor adaptability of admixture and fly ash is the main reason for the poor working performance of C35 concrete on site.By adjusting the relevant components of admixture,the content of fly ash and slag powder and the fineness modulus of sand,the C35 concrete with good slump,expansion and workability and meeting the requirements of on-site pumping construction is modulated,and the problems of bleeding segregation and serious hardening of C35 concrete of the railway bridge are successfully solved.
