摘要
目的探讨红黄生精饮联合硫辛酸胶囊治疗畸形精子症的疗效。方法选取2021年1~8月在商丘市第一人民医院进行治疗的82例畸形精子症患者为研究对象,采用数字表法将研究对象分为对照组和观察组,各41例。对照组应用硫辛酸胶囊治疗,观察组在采用硫辛酸胶囊同时给予红黄生精饮治疗。观察并对比两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后精液参数变化、精液氧化应激水平、受精结局,同时记录两组不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的临床有效率92.68%,对照组75.61%(P<0.05);两组患者精液量、精子浓度以及前向运动精子百分率较治疗前均上升,且观察组各指标变化均较对照组更优(P<0.05);两组精浆丙二醛(MDA)水平与总抗氧能力(TAC)较治疗前均明显改善,且观察组的MDA水平较对照组低,而TAC较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组的优胚率、受精率、卵裂率、着床率以及妊娠率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),但均未出现严重的不良症状。结论应用红黄生精饮联合硫辛酸胶囊治疗畸形精子症疗效确切,能够提高精液质量、改善精液氧化应激水平和受精结局,不良反应少,值得临床推荐。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of Honghuang Shengjing Decoction combined with Tiopronin Capsules in the treatment of teratozoospermia.Methods A total of 82 patients with teratozoospermia treated at the First People's Hospital of Shangqiu from January to August 2021 were selected as the study subjects.The subjects were divided into a control group and an observation group using a digital table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Tiopronin Capsules,while the observation group was treated with Honghuang Shengjing Decoction in addition to Tiopronin Capsules.The clinical efficacy,changes in semen parameters before and after treatment,semen oxidative stress levels,and fertilization outcomes were observed and compared between the two groups.Adverse reactions were also recorded in both groups.Results The clinical effective rate in the observation group was 92.68%,while it was 75.61%in the control group(P<0.05).Both groups showed increased semen volume,sperm concentration,and percentage of forward-moving sperm compared to before treatment,and the changes in these indicators were more significant in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of malondialdehyde(MDA)and total antioxidant capacity(TAC)in the seminal plasma were significantly improved in both groups compared to before treatment,with lower MDA levels and higher TAC levels in the observation group compared to the control group(P<0.05).The rates of good embryos,fertilization,cleavage,implantation,and pregnancy in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),but no serious adverse symptoms were observed in either group.Conclusion The combined use of Honghuang Shengjing Decoction and Tiopronin Capsules in the treatment of teratozoospermia has proven effective,improving semen quality,semen oxidative stress levels,and fertilization ou
