摘要
高职招生方式多元化趋势,使现阶段高职院校学生结构多样、需求多元,生源异质性日益凸显,传统的大众式思政教学模式面临巨大挑战。分众式教学遵循从大异质性生源中划分若干小同质性群体的原则,借助“大思政课”的大平台、大师资、大课堂建设,借助大资源平台关注不同生源小切口,统筹大师资体系满足不同群体小需求,锚定社会大课堂对焦不同专业小视角,通过数字赋能、主体赋能和场域赋能,促进高职分众式思政教学“对象精准化”“师资多元化”“专业定制化”,构建“三小三大、三化三赋能”教学改革保障体系,以缓解目前高职思政课教学的实施困境。
The trend of diversification of higher vocational enrollment methods has made the structure of students in higher vocational colleges and universities diversified.The demand is diverse,the heterogeneity of student sources is increasingly prominent,and the traditional popular ideological and political teaching mode is facing great challenges.Focus teaching follows the principle of dividing several small homogeneous groups from large heterogeneous students,with the help of the large platform,teacher qualifications,and large classroom construction of“great ideological and political courses”,and the small incision of different students with the help of the large resource platform,coordinating the master qualification system to meet the small needs of different groups,anchoring the social large classroom to focus on different professional small perspectives,and promoting the“object precision”,“teacher diversification”and“professional customization”of high-vocational and focused ideological and political teaching through digital empowerment,subject empowerment and field empowerment,and building“three small and three big,three modernization and three empowerment”teaching reform guarantee system to alleviate the current implementation dilemma of higher vocational ideological and political teaching.
