摘要
新商科时代到来,人才培养成为可持续发展的关键,创新创业人才的培养更是重中之重。在高职院校中,学生“学到了什么”“能做什么”比记忆理论知识点更为实用。本文通过调查跨境电子商务专业学生创新创业能力,从课程设置、教材编写、师资建设、政校行企合作模式和学生考核方式等方面提出合理有效的建议。旨在培养学生跨境电商核心技能,提高其创新意识,激发创业动力,为高校完善跨境电商人才创新创业能力培养体系提供更可行的理论支持。
With the arrival of the new business era, talent training has become the key to sustainable development, and the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents is the top priority. For higher vocational colleges, “what students have learned” and “what students can do” are more practical than memorizing theoretical knowledge. By investigating the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of students majoring in cross-border e-commerce, this paper puts forward reasonable and effective suggestions from the aspects of curriculum setting, textbook compilation, teacher construction, cooperation mode of government, school, bank and enterprise, and student assessment method. It aims to cultivate students' core skills of cross-border e-commerce, improve their awareness of innovation and stimulate entrepreneurial motivation. In addition, it provides more feasible theoretical support for colleges and helps to improve the training system of cross-border e-commerce talents' innovation and entrepreneurial ability.
