新型电动哮喘辅助给药装置创新设计与实验研究

摘要 基于哮喘患者用药过程中手口协同难度高、药剂剩余次数不清晰等问题,设计了一款新型电动哮喘辅助给药装置。首先,提出了负压触发工作原理,对给药装置运动机构进行设计,并对关键构件电动推杆进行了计算和选型;其次,将给药装置分为主体结构和药剂快装结构,并对其进行了详细的结构设计;之后,搭建了该装置的控制系统,对升压电路、降压电路以及电池容量进行了详细的设计和计算;最后,研制了该装置的物理样机,通过模糊评价法测试了该结构的操作便捷性,图像法对比法测试了给药装置的给药准确性,相机跟踪法测试了该装置的喷射时间,从实验效果来看,该装置的操作便捷性表现优秀,给药准确性达到了97.43%,喷射反应时间为0.85s,能够满足患者需求。 Based on the difficulty of hand and mouth coordination and the unclear number of remaining doses in the process of medication for asthma patients,a novel electric asthma assisted inhaler is designed..Firstly,the working principle of negative pressure triggering is proposed,the motion mechanism of the inhaler is designed,and the electric push rod,which is key component of the device,is calculated and selected.Secondly,the electric assisted inhaler is divided into the main structure and the drug loading structure,and the detailed structure design is carried out.Thirdly,the control system of the device is built,and the booster circuit,buck circuit and battery capacity are designed and calculated in detail.Finally,a physical prototype of the device is developed,the convenience of operation of the structure is tested by fuzzy evaluation method,the accuracy of the drug delivery device is researched by image comparison method,and the injection time of the device is studied by camera tracking method.the results show that the convenience of operation of the device is excellent,and the accuracy of drug delivery reached 97.43%.The injection time is 0.85s,which can meet the needs of patients.
