长江口浮游植物群落结构特征的年际变化

摘要 为了解在长江口及其邻近水域浮游植物季节性群落结构特征,于2021年4月—2023年1月开展了4个季节的调查分析。研究结果显示,调查期间浮游植物的种类数在不同季节表现出明显的分布差异,分别为冬季(135种)>春季(83种)>秋季(81种)>夏季(64种)。中肋骨条藻在各个季节均表现为绝对优势种。对细胞丰度的季节性分布进行分析发现,夏季的细胞丰度最高,其次为春季、秋季和冬季。在多样性指数分析中,夏季的多样性明显低于其他季节,表明夏季群落结构相对简单。 In order to understand the seasonal community structure characteristics of phytoplankton in the Yangtze River estuary and its adjacent waters,a four-season survey and analysis was carried out from April 2021 to January 2023.Research results show that the number of phytoplankton species during the survey period showed obvious distribution differences in different seasons,namely winter(135 species)>spring(83 species)>autumn(81 species)>summer(64 species).Skeletonema costatum was the absolute dominant species in all seasons.Analysis of the seasonal distribution of cell abundance found that summer had the highest cell abundance,followed by spring,autumn,and winter.In the diversity index analysis,the diversity in summer was significantly lower than in other seasons,indicating that the community structure in summer was relatively simple.
