摘要
选择采集的蛹虫草、赭鹿花菌、下垂线虫草等21种大型真菌材料,经挑选、清洁、切割等预处理后,针对标本材料性状和含水量的不同,选择适合的干燥方法进行干燥,再利用配制的环氧树脂AB胶对以上大型真菌进行生物标本制作,最后进行盒装保存。采用环氧树脂AB胶制作大型真菌标本,可以实现大型真菌标本的立体展示和长期保存,最大程度保留和呈现大型真菌子实体的组织形态、纹理结构、色泽甚至着生基物,具有高透明、结构清晰、观赏性佳、稳定性好、转运方便、容易保存等诸多优点,能更好地服务于真菌科普、辅助教学、展览展示等。
Twenty-one species of macrofungi including Cordyceps militaris,Gyromitra infula,and Ophiocordyceps nutans et al.,were selected and subjected to pretreatment such as selection,cleaning,and cutting.Based on the different characteristics and moisture content of the specimens,suitable drying methods were chosen.Subsequently,the prepared epoxy resin AB glue was used to make biological specimens of the above macrofungi,followed by box packaging for preservation.Using epoxy resin AB glue to make macrofungi specimens allows for three-dimensional display and long-term preservation of macrofungi specimens,maximizing the preservation and presentation of the tissue morphology,texture structure,color,and even the substrate of macrofungi fruiting bodies.It has many advantages such as high transparency,clear structure,good ornamental value,good stability,convenient transportation,and easy preservation,and can better serve fungal science popularization,auxiliary teaching,exhibition display,etc.
