摘要
对于无法进行智能内检测的管道,急需通过科学的内腐蚀风险评估了解其腐蚀状况,从满足管道完整性管理的工作要求。通过内腐蚀直接评估和室内模拟试验,评价了目标海底管道内腐蚀风险,以合理评估管线服役可靠性,合理安排后续水下检测以及其他检查资源的优先次序。评估结果表明该海管存在内腐蚀,但强度未受到显著影响,可按照目前条件,继续保持正常生产运行。
For pipelines that cannot undergo intelligent internal detection,it is urgent to understand their corrosion status through scientific internal corrosion risk assessment,in order to meet the requirements of pipeline integrity management.Through direct evaluation of internal corrosion and indoor simulation experiments,the corrosion risk of the target submarine pipeline was evaluated to reasonably evaluate the reliability of pipeline service,and to reasonably arrange the priority order of subsequent underwater testing and other inspection resources.The evaluation results indicated that the submarine pipeline had internal corrosion,but its strength had not been significantly affected.It could continue to maintain normal production and operation under current conditions.
