摘要
硒作为生物必需的营养元素和微量元素,其对心血管系统的调控作用已受到广泛关注。目前已有大量证据表明,硒和硒蛋白因强抗氧化、抗炎、抗细胞凋亡等多种生物学功能而参与克山病、冠心病、高血压、心肌病等心血管疾病(CVD)的发生发展。然而,现有研究并不能完全解释硒对CVD的影响。本文回顾了硒和硒蛋白的生物学功能以及硒在CVD中潜在作用机制的研究进展,并探讨了补充硒在CVD治疗中的研究现状,可为后续进一步深入研究硒在CVD中的机制及临床应用提供方向。
As an essential nutrient and trace element,selenium has received extensive attention for its regulatory function in cardiovascular system.At present,there is plenty of evidence to show that selenium and selenoproteins participate in the progression of cardiovascular disease(CVD)such as Keshan disease,coronary heart disease,hypertension and cardiomyopathy through their strong antioxidant,anti-inflammatory and anti-apoptosis biological functions.However,existing researches cannot fully explain the effect of selenium on CVD.This article reviews the biological functions of selenium and selenoproteins,as well as the research progress on the potential mechanism of selenium in CVD,and explores research status of selenium supplementation in the treatment of CVD.It provides a new orientation for further mechanism research and clinical practice of selenium in CVD.
